To file a warranty claim for your DJI product, please complete the form below in full. This information allows us to accurately submit your claim through DJI’s After-Sales Service system. Once received, our team will review your submission, verify the details, and begin the warranty process on your behalf. If your claim involves a crashed drone, a flight log is required by DJI and must be uploaded with the form. Do not send in any equipment until you receive shipping instructions from our support team. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

Comparison Video Instructions (Required for Battery & Charger Claims)

To process any DJI battery or charger warranty claim, a comparison video is required. Claims submitted without this video will be denied by DJI.

Your video must clearly show:
– The defective battery or charger in use (e.g., not charging, blinking error lights, no power, etc.)
– Any visible error indicators or abnormal behavior
– (Optional but strongly recommended) A working battery or charger under the same conditions for comparison
– If possible, include the model and serial number in the video

Tips for a valid submission:
– Plug the battery into the charger or drone and record what happens
– If using a charger claim, show how it behaves with a battery connected
– Use steady camera angles and good lighting to capture error lights or malfunctions
– Keep the video short, clear, and direct

Please upload your video to a file sharing service ( Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) and paste the shareable link below. Make sure the link is publicly accessible or permissions are set so we can view the video.(Required)

In the Case of a Crashed Drone: Flight Log Required

DJI requires a flight log to review any crash-related claim. Without it, the claim cannot be processed. Please follow the appropriate steps below based on the drone’s condition.

1. Power on both the drone and the remote controller.
2. On the controller, go to the Flight Logs tab.
3. Select the affected aircraft.
4. Tap Upload Logs.
5. Wait for a QR code to appear on the screen.
6. Take a clear photo of the QR code.
7. Upload the photo in the form below.

If the Drone Powers On:

2. Navigate to the Flight Logs tab.
3. Look for any previously synced logs.
